Once upon a time, there lived in a mountain community, three very famous chipmunks, CHIPPER, FELLER and LIMBER. They learned how to build Defensible Space around homes to protect against Wildfires. This illustrated coloring book is designed to introduce children to the concept of defensible space in the Wild Urban Interface and the important role it plays in protecting the lives and properties of those who live in this environment. We are making this book available for purchase for group presentations along with a companion Powerpoint CD presentation. It is a fun way for children and their parents to learn about Wildfire Home Defense.
